As planners we are often faced with complex decisions and processes with the development community which are influenced by competing interests, visions and information which are often difficult to resolve and move forward in isolation. This session looks at Step Code adoption in various municipalities to illustrate the importance of utilizing a collaborative engagement approach with stakeholders to balance industry capability and readiness with municipal cliate action requirements.
