Learn about an innovative approach to building in British Columbia in this presentation on the BC Energy Step Code. Under consideration by 25 local governments representing a large population base, the BC Energy Step Code is a new, optional compliance path in the BC Building Code that provides a five-step technical roadmap to “net-zero energy ready” construction. Learn about this novel approach, how it will affect you, and how the BC Energy Step Code supports national efforts to bring a net-zero energy ready code into force by 2030.
