LEEP Technology Forum – Victoria
October 17, 2018 - October 18, 2018
LEEP Technology Forums
On the heels of three Local Energy Efficiency Partnerships (LEEP) Innovation Exchange events held just before the summer, Natural Resources Canada and its partners will again cohost a trio of events to give home builders the scoop on high-performance building practices and technologies.
The forums aim to provide busy builders a deep dive into new technologies and approaches that are often found in homes built to meet the performance requirements of the BC Energy Step Code. They’ll convey helpful information on regionally appropriate wall assemblies, mechanicals, and renewable-energy systems—as selected by a leading group of builders.
With support from FORTIS BC, BC Hydro, and BC Housing, the LEEP Technology Forums are coming to:
- Surrey: October 15 and 16 in partnership with the Greater Vancouver Home Builders Association
- Victoria: October 17 and 18 in partnership with BC Housing, and
- Nanaimo: October 19 in partnership with the Canadian Home Builders Association – Vancouver Island
Note: Pricing, registration, and agendas available from the local partner organizations (see website links above).
